We are recruiting an Assistant Human Resources Manager, a manager of a dynamic and experienced administration, honed to the art of the profession.

Job Description

Under the responsibility of the General Manager, Your missions will be:

  • Manage the personnel administration;
  • Establish the personnel payroll and be involved in orientation, contracting, integrating and supervising new employees;
  • Implement the HR tools in collaboration with the Management and ensure the recruitment of a competent, efficient and motivated staff;
  • Design and update job descriptions;
  • Conduct staff evaluation;
  • Argue the choice of candidates selected from the superiors;
  • Manage the Hygiene, Health and Safety policy of the company and implement the solutions;
  • Ensure compliance with discipline, regulations and administrative procedures and propose sanctions;
  • Manage all disputes in the context of the work to maintain a good social climate • Participate in the establishment of a system of performance evaluation and the GPEC;

 

Job Profile

  • Hold a BAC 2 degree in Human Resources Management or Social Law or equivalent
  • A good knowledge of labor law regulations
  • Ability to hold internal and external meetings and write reports
  • A minimum of (02) years of experience in a similar position.
  • Have have worked on personnel management software (SARI PAIE,)
  • Be rigorous, methodical, discreet and organized,
  • Have an excellent relationship approach
  • Ability to work under pressure,

POSITION REQUIREMENT

  • Have a good relationship and be an end diplomat;
  • Be available and Autonomous;
  • To be rigorous and anticipatory;
  • Ability to adapt to management style;
  • Ability to Listening, observation and should have an organization skills;
  • Very good in written and oral expression;
  • Must have sense of negotiation and responsibility;
  • show great discretion;
  • Must be Computer literate;
